So, here I am; my name is Lydia Phillis and I live in Birdsmarsh View estate, Chippenham with my husband, and our own band of furry companions!

Frequently Asked Questions

“What do I need to provide for walks?” - I provide all walking paraphernalia (bio-degradable poo bags, leads, treats, a portable water bowl etc.) so you needn’t provide anything! The only exception will be if you want me to use a particular lead or if special dietary requirements apply.

“What happens if my dog gets muddy?” - No fear! This means your dog has had a wonderful time, but your floors don’t need to suffer - I have a portable dog shower (Mud Daddy) and towels with me on every trip, so your pooch will be washed and dried before stepping back through your door.

“What happens if there’s an accident and my pet is injured?” - I have a level 3 qualification in pet first aid for professionals, so most common scenarios can be dealt with by me. In the event of an emergency, I will provide on the spot care and then take your pet to your vets and contact you immediately.

“What happens after I agree to a service?” - Together, we will go through a contract and sort out payment details. If necessary, you will need to provide me with a key so I can collect/drop off your dog or to have access to your home for pet care.

“In what areas do you provide your services?” - Whilst I’m based in Chippenham, I offer dog walking and pet care services in Chippenham, Calne, Corsham and the surrounding villages in Wiltshire - it’s always worth getting in touch if you’re not sure, as I may be able to help!”
